VMS Guru started with a problem we kept running into: fake return claims, missing items, and marketplace disputes with nothing to show for our side of the story. The workarounds were worse than the problem. A camera pointed at a packing table produces hours of footage nobody can search. When a claim lands 40 days later, finding the right 90 seconds is a full afternoon of work — assuming the clip still exists at all.
