Two clips per order. The forward video captures the parcel being packed and sealed at your warehouse. The reverse video captures the unboxing of any return parcel when it comes back. Both are auto-tagged to the same Order ID, so when a buyer claims they got the wrong item, you have proof of what left and what came back.

You buy a credit bundle. Each video costs credits based on size (50–200MB) and backup duration (30/60/90 days). All features are included on every plan — you only pay more for more credits. Unused credits roll over and the credits don't expire while your account is active.
