Create your VMS Guru account
Sign up and install the desktop app on the PC at your packing station. It runs on Windows and takes a couple of minutes.

Connect your Shopify store
Choose Shopify in Integrations and authorise the app against your store. Nothing to install on the theme, no third-party connector.

Choose the trigger
Decide whether recordings are linked when an order is placed or when it is marked fulfilled — most stores use fulfilment.

Point a camera at the packing table
Any USB webcam, an existing CCTV feed, or the phone in your pocket. Position it so the product, the box and the shipping label are all in frame.

Pack, scan, done
Scan the shipping label at the station. VMS Guru starts recording, binds the clip to that order ID and AWB, and files it the moment the parcel is sealed.

Send the video to the buyer
Turn on WhatsApp or email delivery and each customer gets their own packing video and Order Experience page automatically.
