Create your VMS Guru account
Sign up and install the desktop app on the PC at your packing station. It runs on Windows and takes a couple of minutes.

Connect your AJIO seller account
Open Integrations in the VMS Guru dashboard, choose AJIO, and authorise your seller account. Orders start syncing straight away — no CSV uploads.

Point a camera at the packing table
Any USB webcam, an existing CCTV feed, or the phone in your pocket. Position it so the product, the box and the shipping label are all in frame.

Pack, scan, done
Scan the shipping label at the station. VMS Guru starts recording, binds the clip to that order ID and AWB, and files it the moment the parcel is sealed.

Let the CCTV requests answer themselves
When AJIO asks for footage on a disputed order, VMS Guru finds the clip by order ID and replies within the response window, with the video and metadata attached.
