Sign up and install the desktop app on the PC at your packing station. It runs on Windows and takes a couple of minutes.

Generate WooCommerce API keys
In WordPress, create a read/write REST API key pair for your store and keep them handy.

Paste the keys into VMS Guru
Choose WooCommerce in Integrations, add your store URL and the key pair, and save. Orders start syncing immediately.

Point the webhook at your account
Order-status changes tell VMS Guru when to expect a dispatch, so recordings line up with real fulfilment rather than a clock.

Point a camera at the packing table
Any USB webcam, an existing CCTV feed, or the phone in your pocket. Position it so the product, the box and the shipping label are all in frame.

Pack, scan, done
Scan the shipping label at the station. VMS Guru starts recording, binds the clip to that order ID and AWB, and files it the moment the parcel is sealed.
