Create your VMS Guru account
Sign up and install the desktop app on the PC at your packing station. It runs on Windows and takes a couple of minutes.

Add VMS Guru to your Medusa backend
Point your Medusa instance at the VMS Guru endpoint using the credentials from your dashboard.

Subscribe the order events
Order placed and order fulfilled are the two that matter. Medusa pushes them; VMS Guru indexes the recording against the order.

Point a camera at the packing table
Any USB webcam, an existing CCTV feed, or the phone in your pocket. Position it so the product, the box and the shipping label are all in frame.

Pack, scan, done
Scan the shipping label at the station. VMS Guru starts recording, binds the clip to that order ID and AWB, and files it the moment the parcel is sealed.
